Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the Users Dropdown

  1. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the backend dashboard.
  2. Select Users from the dropdown menu.

2. Click on Your User Group

  1. Find the group you belong to and click on it to view its users.

3. Select Your Username and Update Password

  1. Click on your username in the group list.
  2. On the left side, locate the password field.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Click Apply to save your changes.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Don’t see your group?

    Make sure you have the correct access level. If you're not seeing any groups, contact your site administrator.

  • Unable to update password?
