1. Open the User Group

  1. From the "Users" menu dropdown in the backend, locate on the group whose permissions you want to configure.

  1. Click on the "Privilege" icon associated with the selected group.

3. Set Permissions

  1. Click once to allow an action.
  2. Double-click to disallow an action.
  3. Click the green checkbox in the bottom-right corner to save your changes.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Permissions not applying?

    Confirm the user is assigned to the correct group and that your changes were saved using the green checkbox.

  • Can’t access the Privilege icon?

    Only admin-level users can edit group permissions. Verify your access level.
